Being a child of God is a right. A right given to us by the Messiah. This right was given to us freely when we accept and believe in Jesus Christ.
Now how can you claim to be a child of God by only believing? Not for me to say but I will say this, as his children he tells us how to live and glorify him. If we aren't turning to him for help and guidance then are we acting as his children? If we aren't doing the best to become better people and more like him are we making our Father proud? I think not. I urge you to turn to God for help DAILY! He can and will set your path straight. You're quality of life will increase beyond what you could ever imagine.
